ELEGANT | DISTINCTIVE | VIBRANT

For the rec room,  we have added a white plastered ceiling decor, two beautiful arched millwork with geometrically shaped cabinets, a ceiling-mounted projector screen, a grey fireplace made of stone with green ceramic tiles, a large red sectional sofa, a black ceramic round table, and four blue velvet chairs. In the woodmaking studio, we added one arch with cabinets for storage and a large table with an industrial-style pendant light. The black console table with unique gold details is placed in the hallway.

For the home bar area, we added one small private conversational area at the corner with a temperature-controlled large wine closet, two classical columns to hide the structural poles, red cushioned bar stools, beautiful brass pendant lights, brown tempered glass shelves with LED light strips lighten up from behind, mirrored back wall to add illusional depth, beige marble with red and brown veins for the long countertop. In the hallway, we added black classical wall molding details with mirrors. The utility room and the lower level powder room are adjacent to each other and we keep them simple and aligned with the same design language as the rest of the basement.
